Engagement Model
How We Work
Engagements typically begin with a scoped discovery phase—two to four weeks—during which we map the problem, agree on deliverables, and align on confidentiality terms. From there, work proceeds in defined analytical sprints with named senior leads. Final deliverables range from written assessments and decision memoranda to facilitated workshops, scenario exercises, and ongoing retained advisory.
We accept fixed-fee, retained, and milestone-based structures. We do not accept success-fee or contingent-outcome arrangements; the integrity of independent analysis depends on its insulation from commercial outcomes.
